Xtreme Lashes Studio is looking to hire more lash stylists to its fantastic team on Market Street! Experience in lash styling is not necessary, but a license in the health or beauty industry is required. Read below for more information on the start of your new career with Xtreme Lashes!
• Serve, inspire and deliver an extraordinary experience to each client, every day, all day.
• Utilize your artistic talent to deliver award-winning and awe-inspiring customized eyelash extension solutions.
• Achieve top ranking in retail sales consistently.
• Be creative in counseling and recommending products, services, and promotions,
• Apply your patient nature to focus on meticulous tasks with precision, using the Xtreme Lashes safe and effective application methods.
• Provide legendary customer service by creating a custom experience for every client.
• Educate your clients on after-care maintenance and upkeep of their eyelash extensions.
• Employ your confidential nature to maintain client privacy and trust.
• Organize, clean and maintain the Studio and your private room.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times!
Required Skills:
• Must be able to work full time.
• Must be able to work some nights and some weekends.
• License in the beauty industry as an Esthetician or Cosmetologist, issued by a state regulatory board.
• Proven record as a responsible, positive, team player.
• Previous experience in detail oriented work requiring excellent eye-hand coordination, such as arts & crafts, cosmetic application, sewing, or beauty services.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills; accomplished at providing high level of customer service to your clients.
• In-depth understanding of, and unyielding passion for the cosmetic industry, beauty work and latest trends.
• Physically capable of performing a 2-3 hour, extremely precise, hands-on lash application.
• Ability to work 8 to 9 hours per day applying lash extensions
