Responsibilities Include:
Driving the store business by being a presence on the floor and by surpassing personal sales goals.
Ensuring that all customers receive flawless customer service.
Developing and maintaining the Marmi customer base and personal clientele.
Participating in the daily upkeep and maintenance of the sales floor and stockroom.
Working the hours necessary to guarantee the success of the business.
Required Skills:
5 to 10 years of previous retail sales experience, preferably in shoes or accessories with a strong ability to drive sales.
Proven sales ability.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Must be effective oral and written communicator.
Computer skills are a must.
Must be able to function as a team player.
