17 @ 7 Parental Escort Policy

Effective April 1, 2006 Market Street will institute a Parental Escort Policy.  After 7:00 pm children under the age of 17 must be accompanied by a parent while in Market Street’s public areas.
The policy does not apply to those who may be working, dining, or shopping at Market Street.

Market Street personnel will enforce the Parental Escort Policy by requesting proof of identification for children under the age of 17 who appear to be without parental supervision.  Those unable to produce proof of age will be asked to leave the property until they can return with proper identification.

Children who have been dropped off at Market Street will be escorted to a phone on the property where they can place a call to make transportation arrangements.  These unescorted children will be required to remain with Market Street personnel until their transportation has arrived.
